An Act to maintain political stability during the war by postponing federal elections until it's conclusion.
Federal Election Postponement Act 577AER[]
Be it enacted by the Emperor's most Excellent Majesty, Vinther III, by and with the advice and consent of the Chamber of Deputies and the Imperial Senate, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:--
SECTION 1: PROVISIONS FOR POSTPONEMENT[]
(1) This Act shall postpone the Federal Elections scheduled to take place in 579AER for an indefinite period which may not last longer than 6 months after the official declaration of peace by Falleentium and it's allies.
(2) Would the war be concluded before 579AER, then this postponement is rendered null and void if there is a period of at least 6 months between the scheduled date in 579AER and the declaration of peace. In which case the election shall only be postponed enough for there to be a 6 month gap between peace and the next federal election.
