Clauses:[]
I. The number of Parliamentary Seats will be increased from 915 to 1,300 to better represent the population of the Empire within the House at a ratio of 200,000 = 1 MP, compared to the current 284,000 = 1 MP.
II. From these representatives from the Colonies shall also be included therefore giving the Colonies a say in the Imperial Parliament.
III. With the passing of this act the Colonial Assembly shall be dissolved and the position of Head of the Colonial Assembly therefore becoming defunct.
IV. These changes shall come into effect at the next National Election if this bill passes and the new elections shall be held under the new system.
