Preamble[]
The current state of the command structure in the land component of the armed forces of Falleentium is not very clearly define and is lacking in certain places, therefore this will is to be proposed to the parliament.
Section I. - General's Stafff []
The generals staff would be composed as such:
Commander-in-Chief: The Head of State, the Emperor in this case and his successors. The Head of State may give this position to someone else should they think themselves ineffiecient holding it.
Minister of Defence: Federal minister appointed by the Imperial Chancellor.
Chief of Staff: A senior officer of the army nominated by the Emperor and the Minister of Defence.
Deputy Chief of Staff: Senior officer of the army appointed by the Chief of Staff.

In order of rank:
Army commander:Chief of Staff:Operations officer:Director of Artillery:Director of Engineers:Army intendant:
P.S: The command structure of a field army positions may be filled by imaginary people except army commander.
