The Falleen Fascist Party in Haals is a one of the many local branches of the Falleen Fascist Party, which runs for office in most state governments in the Falleen Empire.
Ideology[]
While the Haalsian branch of the FFP believes in many of the same things as its sister parties in other states - such as strong centralized state power, strong support of the Emperor of Falleentium's authority, and militarism - the fact that Haals is a state that is 89% Muslim to only 10% Christian and 1% Fourish has baked a uniquely religious-nationalist ideology into the Haalsian branch of the party.
The FFP in Haals under Edmund Stoiber has repeatedly called for Haals to return to the social heirarchy that existed under the now-extinct Haalsian Monarchy, where Christians ruled as a social elite over the general Muslim-majority population. Even among the various branches of the Falleen Fascist Party, the Haalsian branch stands out for its Christian- and Fourish-Supremacist views, which attempts to gather support from both zealous Faith of the Four worshipers and conservative Christians who resent Muslims being treated as equals.
Under Edmund Stoiber[]
The Falleen Fascist Party was borderline-irrelevant in the Royal State of Haals when the state was first admitted to Falleentium. Its rise to relative success was achieved under the infamous leadership of firebrand politician Edmund Stoiber. Since taking over the local party, Stoiber has increased the vote count of the FFP from less than 60,000 to over 450,000. Although the rise of the FFP in Haals also corresponds to the growth of Falleen Nationalism in general, Stoiber has outperformed federal Nationalist leader Erwin Bonhart as well as other branches of the Fascist Party. In fact, since the 584AER State Elections, the FFP in Haals has been the third-largest branch of the FFP, behind only Verzoonium (8%) and Farrulli (7%).
