All three areas economies are to be protected from major foreign investment, with only 20% of the local markets being opened up to international investment. This is to be oversaw by the respective officials within these areas. Contracts to supply services can be organised but all of these are to be reviewed as and when elected Government’s return to these areas. To act in support of the Falleen Military forces which currently occupy and protect Haalsia.
To be funded and armed from the Falleen Military budget.
A referendum is to be held in Haalsia on its future;[]
The referendum will be hosted towards the end of 553AER to then be ratified in Parliament.
The referendum will be to ascertain whether the Haalsian people wish to remain within the Empire as a Federal State or to return to being an independent nation.
The Referendum campaign is to be oversaw and managed by the Governor General in a non-partisan manner.
The Federal Government is in no way allowed to interfere in this democratic process.
